We will gladly accept returns from purchases made in store and online within seven (7) days of delivery, and provide you with a FULL REFUND. The merchandise must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging, not washed worn or altered in any way and have the original tags and tickets attached or its ordinal packaging.
Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. Emte staff reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition.
For hygienic reasons, cosmetic, hosiery, swimwear and earrings cannot be returned.
There is no returns or exchanges on sale items unless the product is faulty.
Please ensure that the returned goods are received by us within the appropriate time frame either via express post or courier as we reserve the right to refuse any items that are either not returned within the specified time or have not been authorised as a return item. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except for return of faulty goods.
We do not accept responsibility for return items that are lost or damaged during transit.
