ONLINE PURCHASES
We will gladly accept returns from online orders within 14 days of delivery and provide a full refund.
All returned items must be:

In original condition and packaging

Not washed, worn, or altered

With original tags or packaging still attached
Returned items not received in original condition will be automatically returned to the customer.
EMTE staff reserve the right to reject a return if it is not deemed to be in new condition.
IN-STORE PURCHASES
Items purchased in-store are eligible for exchange only within 14 days of purchase.
Store credits may be issued at staff discretion and are valid for 6 months.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, no returns or exchanges are accepted on:

Earrings
There are no returns or exchanges on sale items unless the product is faulty.
RETURN SHIPPING
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for faulty items.
We do not accept responsibility for return items lost or damaged in transit.
Please ensure returned goods reach us within 14 days of approval using Express Post or courier.
Unauthorised or late returns may be refused.
